Warranty

Quadway Hoops are engineered to the highest standards and manufactured in Aotearoa using premium materials. We guarantee that all hoops are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, correct use.

This warranty covers:

Z

Manufacturing defects

Z

Structural faults not caused by misuse

Z

Weld integrity

Z

Crown alignment and upright straightness when installed using approved methods

Correct Installation Requirement

To ensure longevity and structural integrity, Quadway Hoops must be installed using a dibber and a sabot (or equivalent approved tools).
These tools ensure:

Z

Even and controlled ground penetration

Z

Accurate alignment

Z

Minimised stress on uprights and the crown

Z

Protection against bending, twisting, or impact damage caused by forced installation

Improper installation — including pushing hoops into undibbed ground, hammering directly on the crown, or applying uneven force — can cause damage that is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Non-Covered Damage

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Installation without a dibber and sabot

Hammering, forcing, or twisting hoops into the lawn

Use of unapproved installation tools

Incorrect withdrawal or lifting methods

Damage from extremely hard, dry, or compacted soil

Normal wear and tear

Paint wear or cosmetic scratches

Modifications or alterations to the hoop

Use outside normal croquet play

Hoops being permanently kept outside

Any hoop showing signs of forced installation or misuse will not be eligible for replacement or repair under warranty.

Making a Warranty Claim

To submit a claim, please provide:

Z
